WANDER — OPERATOR REGISTRATION 1. Install the current node package. Keep an existing installation's data directory, signing identity and journals. Do not initialize another copy of a live signer. 2. Open https://network.sun-phi.com/operators.html and select Register a node. Complete the operator identity and private verification contact, read the disclosure and operator rules, then download Wander-operator-draft.json. 3. On the same node computer, sign the draft locally with the packaged tool: runtime/node management/operator-application.mjs NODE_DATA_DIR DRAFT_FILE OUTPUT_FILE On Windows use runtime\node.exe. Protected service data requires an elevated terminal. Linux system installation: run as its service user or administrator. Default system data: C:\ProgramData\SunPhiWanderNode (Windows), /var/lib/SunPhiWanderNode (Linux). The signer currently accepts NEW unprovisioned node identities only. Existing bootstrap nodes are preserved; contact the owner for a separately reviewed identity-link procedure, not a replacement installation. 4. Upload the signed application, review the displayed fields and submit. Save the returned reference. A lost reply can be retried using the exact same signed file. 5. The owner verifies identity, authority, contact and common control in the existing https://ai-agent-online.com/Admin section SunPhi operators. 6. Use Application status with the saved reference. When approval is ready, download the signed connection approval. Import it through the node interface or: runtime/node management/cli.mjs import APPROVAL_FILE Set WANDER_NODE_DIR to the same service data directory when using the CLI. 7. After the node starts and verifies the chain, export its registration intent from the node dashboard and upload it using Application status. A stale intent must be refreshed after synchronization. Never edit a signed file manually. 8. Standby means registered and synchronized, not an active voting allocation. Admission does not change wallet addresses or balances or start reward payments. 9. The public registry groups totals by owner. Device placement is visible only in the owner's administration. Existing infrastructure is listed under SunPhy. No remote operator or website needs your private node key. Do not send it. Current network status: https://network.sun-phi.com/#network-status
